The apartment is caracterised by its luminosity. With two doubleded-bethroom, one individual, a livingroom, bathroom, air conditioned, central heating and kitchen totally equipped (fridge, electrical oven, microwave, gas natural and washing machine); it has everything you need for your stay.

Entertainment

Our apartment is totally equiped in order you don't get bored at any moment. There ara a satelite TV with fifty international channels, Dvd, Playstation, Stereo, Computer with Internet and hight speed WI-FI.

There is also a telephone available for you. So you can make call to the best restaurants of the city and book your table. Also you can call a taxi in order you always arrive on time.

Location

The apartment is situated in the Eixample district, Sagrada Familia area. In only ten minutes you will be in the three most spectaculars touristic places in the neighbourhood: Sagrada Familia, Sant Pau's Hospital (recently opened to the public) and Parc Güell.

In the apartment's surroundings you will find all the necessary to spend an unforgettable holiday; you will find bars, restaurants, markets, handmade shops...

About the underground, the nearest stop is Alfons X, it is only five minutes walking from the apartment and belong to the Line 4 (Yellow).

Check-in

You can do the check-in and check-out of the apartment, at the moment and time that suit you best, always depending on the availability of the apartment at that moment.
It have an adittional cost of 20€ those check-in made later than 22pm.

Parking

In the same building of the apartment, we have a wide parking room by only 20€ per day.

Moreover, you can book an additional public parking room, at only 100 meters of the apartment with the same cost (20€/day).

Payment

You can pay in cash or by credit card.
The deposit can be hold in the card without the need to do an extra charge.
